The web interface for producing the 2026 Spring Midterm Exam Date Sheet has been launched at the following link:

It is recommended that you make a date table in the following way Saturday, May 23, 2026. Seats available atFirst come first served‘ For reference only.

All times mentioned in the date sheet are as per PST (Pakistan Standard Time) local and overseas student.

Late registration fee schedule:

  • No charge will be charged up to Thursday, May 21, 2026.
  • late payment fee @ Rs.500/- (local students)/$20 (overseas students) will be charged from Friday, May 22, 2026That Friday, May 22, 2026.
  • Double late fee @ Rs.1000/- (local students)/$25 (overseas students) will be charged from Saturday, May 23, 2026 That Saturday, May 23, 2026.

Instructions for making a date sheet:

  1. Log in https://datesheet.vu.edu.pk/ Use your VULMS ID and password
  2. Select your exam city The location where you would like to take the exam (optional).
    (overseas Students should chooseoverseas‘)
  3. Choose your test center from a given center
    (Once selected, you will not be able to change the test center)
  4. Select from available exam dates and time slots Select your own selections for each course and click the “Confirm” button to confirm your selection.
    (International students should convert the time in their current location to Pakistan Standard Time when selecting a time slot.)
  5. Repeat step 4 for all remaining courses one by one.
  6. take a printed entrance card and follow the instructions to appear in the center.
  7. Students must read the handbook guide to participate exam center For overseas students Examination outside Pakistan

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  1. During the exam, overseas students Traveling to Pakistan or vice versa, one must change their study status as per the rules published in the link below

    Thereafter the remaining papers should be arranged at the prescribed fee.
